Order Cancellations:

If your payment has already been processed but the package has not been shipped, you can cancel your order before delivery and receive a full refund. Once the parcel has been shipped, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

Return conditions and amounts:
The goods are damaged during shipping or have quality issues/the goods you receive do not match the specifications, models or descriptions you ordered.
Once we receive and confirm that your returned item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund for you. The refund amount will include the amount you paid for the item. Please note that there may be a processing time until the refund amount is credited back to your original payment method.
Return shipping costs:
If the return is due to the item being damaged during shipping or having quality issues, we will bear the return shipping charges. If the return is for your personal reasons (such as not fitting the item or not liking it), return shipping costs will be borne by you.
